Is Facebook using you?
This article is about how author Lori Andrews has noticed facebook makes millions from the advertisments facebook shows us. I think the main point of this article is Lori Andrews wants people to be more careful with their searches because they could lose an opportunity. I don't ever worry about something that I posted online to be used against me beacause i never put anything online so serious I will say to them it to he/she in person or call them. And any feelings i have I can keep them to myself. Facebook uses a lot of advertisements to pull people in who have the need for something that ad and or have had history of buying the like product. After this I am concerned what I do and say online because the future I could lose a job opportunity just for one mistake I made as a teenager. So if there is anything i have to say I don't have to put it online. worry about personal and private messages. sometimes i think like what if somebody find out about these messages or if the person i sent them to will share them. i dont worry about my facebook, twitter, or blog because my post are never personal. i just write little stuff most of the time, as long as its appropriate then im cool.

Can You Feel The LINSANITY!!!
The talk of the NBA has been an undrafted young man who's name is Jeremy Lin. His story is so amazing because he went from the tenth man on the bench to starting point guard for one of the team with one the greatest cities in the world and that is the New York Knicks. He has arisen as a star in the NBA by having 7 of the greatest games played by a young man with almost no in game experience. He spent months perfecting his craft and staying humble as possible so when his number was called he would be ready to shock the world. Even if he doesn't take his team to finals basketball fans around the nation will remember the number 17. Jeremy Lin has not only taken MSG by storm but the league itself as well. Quickly Jeremy Lin has become the viral face of the Knicks and NBA. Many people from far and wide enjoy his everything from his complicated handshake to his amazing on court play. The people of New York have continuously have sold out crowds just to see this young man. He has been considered being close to the popularity of New York Giants QB Eli Manning and New York Yankees shortstop derek jeter. Jeremy Lin

I'm A Criminal And So Are You
The article I am a criminal and so are you is about a woman who believes that like it or not everyone has committed a crime at some point or another but just never really looked at it as a serious as it was. She as well as I believe that people shouldn't be labeled as thieves, or under aged drinkers or drug abusers when most people have done this before but just haven't been caught for committing the crime. Many people have accidentally walked out the store with out paying or got the wrong change from a cashier and received no type of penalty for their actions. But when someone else does it they get labeled a convicted felon for the rest of their lives and lose many educational and job opportunities which is completly unfair to that person. So in my opinion everyone has done something that they're not proud of but yet only on a few have been convicted and that is completely unfair in my opinion.I doubt Barack Obama thinks of himself as a criminal, though he should. He has admitted to using illegal drugs during his college years -- lots, in fact. What if he thought of himself as a criminal? What if he identified that way? Would it lead him to feel a bit more compassion for those who are branded drug felons for life, unable to find work or housing, and deemed ineligible even for food stamps?" she said in her article.

Photoshopped or Not
Photo shop is something used by many people to crop, edit change or discolor a picture. Many advertisement companies have been known to use it to make the people who's advertising their products look skinnier or remove tattoos or even facial blemishes to make them look almost perfect. You can almost tell when you see a celebrity in a picture and tell he or she has been photo shopped by the way their body looks. I honestly believe photo shop is wrong because people shouldn't have to use a computer tool to make themselves look good because everyone should be comfortable in their own skin. People need to be more proud of who they are and not think to themselves and not feel as if they need a computer to change their personal appearance.Celebrities and people constantly feel as if they have a certain image attain to the public to make others look at them as different people so they use photoshop to chage their pperance to the world and make the look diifferent or convey a completely different side of them which is completely ridiculous because everyone is beautiful intheir own way

Ipad work labor
In my opinion IPad work labor in China is completely unfair to the people who work there. Many people are exposed to harmful chemicals, extremely bright and unfit working conditions and temperatures. I presume that many people have contracted many sicknesses and physical injuries because of working in the unsafe factory. They work from the morning to the night in a factory that should've been torn down long ago. When that fire broke out and some many were killed or fatally wounded that would make many people think to themselves; what is more important the the death and injuries of hundreds of hardworking people or a few pieces of meaningless technology. I do not understand the fact that all these powerful corperate officers do not want help out the area where most of their employees are. I understand to get as many products out as possible they need to keep everyone working. But with the billions of dollars of revenue they collect each year why cant they simply give better working enviornments to their hardworking and faithful employees who work their hardest from day to night.
